What can you say about Tim's? Quick, good soups and sandwiches. They are everywhere and pretty much all the same. Very handy when travelling.

Newly renovated a few months ago according to a few people I spoke with (writing in August 2017). Definitely seems quite nice and quaint.Lacks parking for articulating units (trailers). We had a short one and it wasn't busy, so we could go in, turn around, and park sideways (taking up three spaces), grab something, and then leave... But that's probably not the norm

Got the Hershey's hot chocolate today. Opened up the lid to this. Presentation of the chocolate syrup on the whip cream is unacceptable. At least try to make it look nice.

went through the drive-thru line up, turned out to be closed. So I went inside, had to wait another 15 minutes in line. Ordered my stuff got my timbits then started to wait for my coffee after 10 minutes I asked them if the coffee was coming. They grabbed a random one off the counter I gave it to me. I asked him if it's the right one they just kind of shrugged and went on with their day

Slow horrible service, one lady doing front cash and drive thru by herself while 5 other zombie employees roamed the store.. the kid making the sandwich must had just smoked a reefer before his shift, he had to re make every single sandwich, (good thing we checked before we jumped in the car and left) they were missing the sassage on a sassage breakfast sandwich, and lettuce tomato on a bagel BELT. We were so distracted by this horrible service,watching over the kid to make sure the was doing his job properly that once we got on the road, we realized they never gave us 2 of our drink, I should have got paid 30 mins for being a Tim hortons supervisor. I don't know if they are crooks, ornjust stupid and lazy. If you go here make sure you up the white cap on and watch everything and make sure you get everything you paid for.

As we passed by Wawa we drove in to the Tim Hortons to get coffee. We got it to go. Further down the highway once it cooled down a little we went to drink it. My husband's had no sugar in it. Mine had two sugar and two sweetner in it. Worst coffee ever!!! We had to dump both because we weren't going to drive back to get our order fixed. Staff need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Customer in front of us walked out because he said they took too long to come out of the back where they were talking to serve him.

Ladies washroom had no soap and dryer did not work. Garbage was overflowing and piled on top of the container. Looks like they need some more staff.

Tim Hortons is usually always a good place to visit. I love the coffee and my favorite food item to buy here is the Crispy Bacon Chick Wrap. Delish. I usually visit here at least once a day, sometimes twice or three times a day if I'm feeling it. Overall love this place. I would recommend this place to anyone.

BIG Thanks to this Tim Hortons ,they are very honest and kind people, I was in vacation with my family and stay sleep in Wawa and going for dinner there. The next day we go back home after a few hours of travel I noticed my wallet with all my documents and my kids is lost!!! , Lot of calls to the places I paid for something but nothing, few days after the police call me with the news the Tim Hortons owner find my wallet with all the cards, money, ect. The Police send me back , I am so grateful for that, went I come back there I will pass by to say thanks in person😀.

The staff and the coffee are great. It is the parking lot, absolute gong show. Warning do not take a large RV or trailer into this parking lot, park out on the road and walk over.

Was slow when inside the restaurant took 30 mins or more waiting for had two people ahead of me. The young worker was all over the place took him over 5 mins to get more cream suppose to be a fast pace was like going out to eat lunch at a restaurant

Can always count on consistency at Tim's. This store is very up to date and clean. Parking lot is a pretty good size but tight if you're hauling a large trailer. Great place to stop in Northern Ontario. Friendly service and has a drive through. And everyone loves Wawa!

Service good, but minus 2 stars because Tim Hortons handicapped washroom is not user friendly. The bars are there, but anyone with mobility issues involving knees has difficulty with the child height toilet.
